“Great value, great location. Since it's next to the busy festive downtown, there are lots of noises, partying music, drums. You will hear loud music even at 1am. The hotel is brother hotel to Circa (newer one) so you can use their gym and pool facilities. But many guests don't know it or no clear instruction, it's also not easy to find. I never get a chance to use.”
