“Loli was an absolute delight at the front counter. We stayed for 4 nights, had an issue with our room, and she was more than helpful to get us a new, clean, safe, upgraded room at no extra charge. It was exactly the peace of mind we needed during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. Our stay was awesome- we can't wait to come back to see the new renovations next year!”
