“Really awful customer service. Planned on long stay, but was told to leave. Reason: I complained. I'm not kidding, the bed in my room was sagging and I complained. They flipped the mattress, but that didn't work so I asked again and was told to leave at the end of the week. It's all right on the receipt. Don't complain.”

“I recently flew into Vegas for a day to see a concert. I did not need to be on the strip and was looking for an affordable place that was easy to get to from the airport. I had read the reviews of this hotel and was a little nervous before arriving. This all changed after my first interaction with the kind lady at the front desk. My plane landed at 9 am, and check-in was not until 3. I called the front desk and asked if I could check in early. The front desk did some checking”

“My family and I needed a room for the night and we around two pm on Thursday march 13 2005 and was quoted a price of 123 for a nightly rate.. we did a few errands and at 648pm we called again and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful.. she said that the price quoted to us is only manager approved but she said she is the only one on shift and she isn’t doing that .. so basically what she is saying is that it can be done but her rude ass doesn’t and won”
