“I would have never thought to stay here because normally it's the strip for me but this was a quick last minute weekend trip and hotel prices were very highly inflated due to the BTS concert I'm sure. I was surprised that I actually liked how calm this area is. The hotel gave me the same Vegas casino vibe. It's sizable and easy to get to the rooms. The elevators were close to the lobby, casino and restaurants. I only tried the Chinese restaurant and although it took forever, ”

“We had a great experience at the Orleans. My partner and I stayed there for 2 nights while hiking at Red Rock. We appreciated the free parking and the convenient location to get on the highway. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. We had a food and beverage credit with our room which was useful as we had most of our meals at the hotel for convenience; it could be used at any restaurant in the hotel. Concierge was kind and helpful.”
“The Orleans looks and feels like a casino from 2000, in the best possible way. Virtually all of the Strip properties have adopted glitz and deafening noise levels in exchange for true customer service. Before long, no one will know that the old standards for blackjack and roulette were 3:2 payout for a blackjack and 00 greens on the wheel. As if the odds weren't tilted in favor of the casino already, the Strip properties have decided that they needed further edges. As if the ”

“Very nice and clean, staff are friendly. Great place to stay for families as there are a lot of things to do. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 7 p.m. it's still hot and light outside.”
“Casino staff is truly great”
“I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. A few days before arriving, I called to check on the pool. I was told the on-site pool was unavailable but that we could use a "sister pool" just 5 minutes away. Based on this, I tried to modify my reservation to shorten my stay, but Trip waited until my cancellation window had passed to deny the request, effectively forcing us to keep the original booking. To make matters worse, upon arrival, we were told the sister pool wasn’t ”
“Booked through Trip.com. Was horrible on resort side. They put us in a OLD WORN room with no hot water. Front desk (three separate attendants) told me to leave the water running for 30 minutes. Heard a plumber swinging on a pipe the entire time we were in the room on a Sunday morning(on a phone that had massive dirt stains and near the couch that had an unknown pair of shoes and pants beneath it). Water never gets hot. Call front desk and they say they will send attendant out”
“My wife and I had had insect bites from the bed bugs in our room. Very unpleasant stay due to having to scratch ourselves the whole night. We talked to the front desk manager about this and she didn't care at all.”
“The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.”
