“Our experience was pleasant, I was worried when I checked the check in time and seen the last four reviews were horrible stating pool was pad locked and staff were rude etc. I called the hotel and they answered my questions. They have a beautiful two pool, play area, and spa- they do charge an additional 28.25 to access this area but it’s worth it! The room was clean and nice. The jacuzzi tub was nice!
